RichFit Apparel is a Nursing Brand that celebrates everything about Nurses. RichFit sells clothing and accessories for nurses who are RICH in heart and FIT for duty. We want to support nurses with humor, lifestyle, hero and student apparel and accessories.

How RichFit was born...

As with the circle of life, most humans births begin with a nurse (Circle of life Shirt). Mine began with a nurse...then:

I grew up with parents who both had multiple medical problems. As I grew up I though I was going to be a doctor and save the world. It was my aunt who told me that my personality better suited a nurse because I love to talk and get to know people and I would never see all my patients as a physician...LOL. She was right. I graduated in the top of my class in high school and undergrad. 

After school I had my BSN and became a critical care nurse of 10 years. By this time I got married and we had a large blended family. While managing an infant I went back to school and got my masters as an FNP. I started working in an ER setting and then added a side job in GI. As I continued on my journey I became sad that i could spend more time with my family. I wanted to find something else I could do with my passion for nursing.

I had started a hobby with printing shirts from home and dabbled in selling the ones I made in boutique stores. That is when I talked with my husband about starting our own line of nursing apparel & accessories in the hopes I could spend more time at home with family. Per usual my amazing husband was as supportive as ever, just like when I wanted to get my masters and told me to do it. That is how RichFit Apparel was born.

I hope that my designs will make you laugh and feel supported as a nurse. I believe that our shirts will continue to inspire your work of taking care of others. I wish that our designs will motivate your loved ones to support your career path, warm heart, and eagerness to help others.
